Due to the time taken to create your orders, please note that all orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked (to the U.K) and Royal Mail International Tracked (worldwide except).

I aim to have bespoke items shipped within 28 days and I will email/text you with your tracking reference number once the item is sent. Please allow extra time for delivery int the run up to Christmas.

I love all my dolls and I pay extra attention to the detail and quality of every doll during the making process and take care during packaging, to make sure your items get to you in the best possible condition. Due to the nature of these items, bespoke, personalised and custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order or there is a fault with your item, please contact me within 48 hrs of delivery so that we can discuss and resolve the matter. I'll ask you to provide photographic evidence of the fault to help resolve the issue, the customer is then responsible for any return postage costs.

Due to their handmade nature, ready made items bought from the online shop are only eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days and only if they are returned in saleable condition. Customers must email me to discuss return or exchange requests within 7days of receipt.

There is no returns or exchanges on Doll Gift Boxes and they have to be used within 12 months of purchase.

I may use photos of the work I produce for you within my marketing and networking both on and offline and in print
I will gain your permission to do this if I have used photos that can identify you or anyone else, beforehand. You have the right to refuse this permission.
I will not tag you or identify you in these posts so as to retain your privacy.

If I am using an image that you have provided to me to carry out the work that you have commissioned me to do, you must have permission to use and pass on that image. I am not responsible for any permissions you need to obtain to use the photographic image(s) supplied.
I will ask permission to use any identifiable images (where a person is identifiable by their image) of my work at its various stages as discussed in my privacy policy.

Do you make each doll yourself?
I get this question a lot! Yes, I do make all the dolls myself! It’s just me and my needle and thread sewing your orders! I do use a sewing machine on parts of the dolls that need that little bit extra strength but 98% of my work is hand stitched and ALL of it is carefully stitched by me alone.
How do I order a custom doll ?
To order a custom doll just head to my commissions page and follow the simple steps.
Your order confirmation will then be sent to you and you will be notified via text message and/or email, when your item has been dispatched.
What age are your dolls suitable for?
Great question! My dolls are for all ages. They are CE Marked which means that they meet essential safety requirements that are laid out in the Toy Safety Directive. I take great care when making my dolls to ensure that they no removable or harmful parts or accessories making them and suitable from birth to 101!
What are the dolls made from?
The dolls are made from 100% wool felt, 100% Cotton fabric, and organic cotton denim. They are stuffed with 100% hypo-allergenic polyester filling. All of the materials I use in making my items are safe for use in toys.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
It can take anything from 3.5 hours to 8hrs work to complete a doll. I ask all customers to allow up to 3 weeks for completion and delivery of their item/s. I create all items on a first come first served basis. If you are placing an order as a gift and would like an item by a specific date, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASING, to see if I am able to meet your deadline.
Do you have a real life shop?
Once upon a time I had a little pop-up shop in Camden Lock Market, back when I was known as Sugacandipop – you can read more about that.
At this moment in time, I don’t have a permanent shop as I’m having so much fun popping up at different markets, fairs and festivals in and around London.
Do you ship world wide?
Yes, I do! I ship everywhere in the world (except the U.S.A and Canada, unfortunately, at this time).
International customers may have to pay import taxes, custom fees or other charges as designated by their countries laws when they receive their package. Those fees are the responsibility of the buyer only.
Can I get my name on my doll?
Each size of doll can be personalised differently:
8-inch Baby Cuddles
= 1 initial
16inch Denim, Dude Doll
= 2 initials on their shirt pocket
16inch Lovelie Doll
=3 initials on their heart.
22inch Lovelie Doll
= Initials or Name
6 -8 characters approx

All sorts are possible! If you have an pattern you want me to fabric match include a photo in your commission form & I'll send you back a selection.
